Our mission is to empower and uplift the Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) entrepreneurs in Odisha, enabling them to thrive and contribute significantly to the state's socio-economic development. We strive to provide equal opportunities, access to resources, and a supportive ecosystem that promotes entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainable growth among the SC/ST community.

We envision a future where SC/ST entrepreneurs have equal access to financial capital, mentorship, market linkages, and skill development programs. Through our efforts, we aim to foster a culture of entrepreneurship that celebrates diversity, empowers individuals, and fosters economic self-reliance among the SC/ST communities.

Welcome to the All Odisha SC-ST Chamber of Commerce and Industries! We understand that the SC-ST community in Odisha faces significant challenges and deprivation in terms of access to schemes and basic facilities. Our Chamber of Commerce is committed to empowering SC-ST entrepreneurs and uplifting their socio-economic status. Through our extensive network covering 30 districts, we provide comprehensive services for entrepreneur development, including training, knowledge sharing, and exposure to new opportunities.

President

Sadhu Chhatriya, an IT pioneer since 2015, founded NET4U INFOTECH PVT LTD in Jeypore, South Odisha. Despite challenges, he uplifted the region’s IT landscape. Expanding to the State Capital, his Company now serves diverse sectors, including Private and Government. Chhatriya’s vision includes fostering employment, especially for SC-ST youth, driving Economic growth in the State. His journey epitomizes dedication to innovation and socio-economic empowerment.

Vice President & ceo

Satyabrata Jena, Co-founder of Aether Innovations Pvt. Ltd., leads a Startup pioneering Retail Automation, Hardware, and IoT R&D. Backed by DST, Startup Odisha, and ASIIM program support, his venture thrives. Mr.Jena extends technical consultancy, enriching startups with product development insights and research expertise.
